Recipe: Dark Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients (available at Nature's Basket)
150 gms marshmallows
50 gms soft butter
250 gms dark chocolate
60 ml hot water
285 ml double cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

1.      Put the marshmallows, butter, chocolate & water in a heavy based saucepan
2.      On low gas, keep stirring with a wooden spoon. Remove & let it cool down on its own
3.      Meanwhile whip the cream with vanilla extract & mix it with the above mixture
4.      Put them in cutting chai glasses or a mold & chill until you eat
